It will be possible?

In common life, it is a challenge to me to get up quickly and run to the subway station to arrive on time to classes very early in the morning and repeating this everyday of the week. But when you are at the university everything is a kind of perfect: meeting people, classmates and teachers, making friends, learning new stuff, and so on.

But nothing like that has ocurred since I am a pandemic university student. This is my first year as a dance performer student. My daily routine is to get up early and turn my computer on, to pray that my internet service functions and to ask my family and pets to keep quiet and avoid using some common spaces at home.

I still don´t know my whole class. I asume that my teachers pay some atention to my performances. I have very shy classmates that never talk or turn their cameras on. I have virtual classes, one of them whith more than 300 people, it´s perfect if you are not ready to socialize.

I think I´m not a real university student yet Given the circunstances everybody does what it is possible to do: teachers and students are exposed to the same difficulties, specially the technological ones. For me, my main challenge is to keep my level motivation high.  To accept that it is what it is and to hope that it´s going to change soon.

I love my career, I value my teachers efforts but over all I enjoy making friends that feel similar to me and we eventually meet and dance together.
